    Custom Art Request

    Please fill out this form with the most information you can provide me. I would like to hear your goals and ideas, along with any pictures that may be inspiration. I will go over your request and respond in an email with any questions and ideas I may have. We will agree on a design before I move forward with your request.

    Please note:
    -I am just one person- and requests can take 1-2 months to fulfill. I will provide you with a more specific timeline once we have confirmed your commissioned piece. Please let me know if you have a specific timeline in mind. :)
    -I will request 50% of payment before I start creating the piece, and the other 50% before shipping it out.
    -I will not be able to fulfill all requests. I will choose to stick to work that is in my wheelhouse.

    This is a general price breakdown of my work:
    Cups & Mugs : $25-70
    Bowls & Plates: $25-70
    Vases & Jars: $50-250
